On Navigator and Executive Blueprint, we visit the factory or meet the supplier at the Canton Fair. We film production and test samples by hand: fabric, stitching, fit, finish and packaging.
We get freight quotes, coordinate pickup and check the shipping paperwork. You pay the freight forwarder directly at the quoted rate.

How Shipping Works
We coordinate your shipment from the factory to your door. A licensed freight forwarder moves the goods. You pay the forwarder directly at the quoted rate. We never hold your money or your inventory.

Quote
We get 2 to 3 quotes from freight forwarders. Each shows the price, transit time and whether US duties are included.

Book
You pick a quote and pay the forwarder directly. We send them the factory address, carton count, weight and ready date.

Check
We review the commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents before the goods leave the factory.

Track
We send you tracking updates until your shipment arrives.
